The project report on Internet-Banking an empirical approach has become very popular during the recent years. The reason for the growing popularity of the subject is that it primarily concerns with the concept and techniques.
The comments and suggestions from readers are welcome and will be sincerely acknowledge. This project report is divided in 6 Chapters.
The 1st chapter begins with the Introduction of Banking System and what is banking system.
2nd Chapter in this research is about Internet Banking System, need, awareness among peoples, Internet Banking Products, Difference between Internet Banking Versus Traditional Banking, Internet Banking Scenario, Internet Banking in India and Worldwide brief descriptions in this chapter.
3rd chapter is Literature Review with concern of Customer Satisfaction regarding Internet Banking. In this chapter, the previous researches in this area have been described.
4th chapter is about Research Methodology, Objectives of the Research, Sample Techniques, Data Collection Methods are shown.
5th chapter is common size analysis and last chapter is conclusion & suggestions. After that Annexures part is shown like Bibliography, references and questionnaire for consumers of this research have been described.
